Delivery Schedule
When do we despatch plants? All year around assuming we can get the plants to you safetly. Minimum order? £20.00 plus postage. Orders received at other times will be held until the start of the next despatch season. You will receive your plants within 14 days, stock and weather permitting (see below), however we normally send plants much quicker and aim to get them delivered to you within 7 days. Also, please be aware that there are days when it is not a good idea to send plants in the back of a delivery van as it would be too hot or too cold for them. There are also weeks when we are exhibiting at shows and are not able to despatch - please see our events and shows section. On days where it is too hot or cold we will not despatch the plants as we care too much for them and would rather you received them in perfect condition a few days later than send you damaged plants. We hope that you share our feelings on this |
| Back Orders Back orders are sometimes needed due to some plants only being available at certain times of year. |
| Credit Card Security We do not deal with any credit card details they are dealt with by the Payment Sevice Providers we use, PROTX the main one we use is the biggest in the UK and has the best protection possible for your card details. The PSP will then pass payment instructions to our bank not to us directly. |
