Pot/Plant Size Our standard pot size is a 1 litre square round, some things such as asiatic Primulas, Cyclamen, Viola odorata etc tend to be in 9cm pots. We do supply plants that we feel are able to be planted directly into the garden and not need further care and we supply the same size whether from the nursery, at shows or sales, and via mail order.

Stock Levels The listing on the web site is usually kept well up to date, so it is generally safe to assume that if it is listed here it is available. Occasionally things sell out before they can be removed from sale and so not be available, generally we will email you stating that it is sold out and suggesting either a substitute or offering a refund for that item.

Delivery Schedule We aim to send on Monday and Tuesday of a week all the web orders placed the previous week. We will at all times try to keep you informed of dispatch dates. Flower shows, very busy periods (particularly in March, April and May) or bad weather can delay dispatch but we will keep you informed and email you once the order has been sent. You can nominate a delivery date or week if you don't want immediate delivery and we will do our best to send then. We use a courier FedEx and generally have found they give a good Service. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highland and Island usually takes 3 days, lowland Scotland, England and Wales is by a next day service.
